Drill No: 62 Description: ① → BH service ② → FH flip ③ → FH loop ④ → BH block ⑤ → FH loop ⑥ → FH block ⑦ → BH smash Comment: After few times playing table ③-④ rally, at random moment, partner will play the ball to the BH corner or to the middle of the table. After this random stroke the next one will be always back to the FH corner. Accelerate every time tempo to increase difficulty. |
