Drill No: 199 Description: ① → FH service ② → FH push ③ → BH loop ④ → BH block ⑤ → FH loop ⑥ → FH block ⑦ → FH power loop fast ⑧ → any stroke Comment: Drill three different topspins openings. First against backspin – BH topspin ③, follow by FH topspin ⑤ against block and finalize with fast topspin opening ⑦ which should provide a point. The FH topspin opening ⑦ should be perform before the highest point of the returned ball. |
