Drill No: 144 Description: ① → BH rally -> block or drive ② → FH rally ③ → BH rally ④ → FH rally ⑤ → FH rally ⑥ → FH rally ⑦ → BH rally Comment: This drill is complex exercise focused on covering the whole table by use of good footwork technique. It is essential to return to ready position after each stroke. Use only offensive techniques e.g. drive, counter-hit, block or combination of those strokes. Depending on partner skills it can be used topspin or smash. After stroke ⑦ complete the rally. |
