Drill No: 85 Description: ① → BH service ② → FH flip ③ → FH rally ④ → FH rally ⑤ → BH rally ⑥ → any stroke Comment: After few times playing the ③-④ rally, at random moment, partner will play the ball to the BH corner or to the middle of the table. After random stroke the next one will be always to FH corner. Accelerate every time tempo to increase difficulty. |
