→ BH service
→ FH push
→ BH flip
→ BH rally
→ BH rally
→ FH rally

Comment:
Recover after flip ③ to basic position to be able to play back ⑤. Direct after this stroke move to FH corner to receive stroke ⑥. During this drill, it is essential to keep good body weight balance. Increase tempo after every series. Use then more advance strokes for ⑤ and ⑥.
