① → FH service
② → FH flip
③ → any stroke first BH then FH
④ → BH block

Comment:
Play minimum 5 minutes rally ③-④: one time BH then one time FH.
Focus on step around footwork technique. Try also different stroke technique series: contra-drive, topspin, smash but also push or chop.
